4. Fees and Payments
Subscription: Services are provided on a subscription basis. Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension of the AI agents.
Usage Costs: Some services (such as Voice AI or high-volume SMS) may incur additional usage-based fees. These will be billed according to your specific plan.
5. Intellectual Property
Our Property: We retain all rights, titles, and interests in the underlying AI configurations, custom prompts, and workflows developed by us.
Your Property: You retain ownership of any specific business data or customer lists you upload to the system.
6. Limitation of Liability
